    Drive Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement:

    1.    Implement a structured approach that aligns supply chain activities with performance measures at strategic, tactical, and operational levels, using KPIs clearly linked to the client’s business and supply chain objectives to ensure all service-related activities contribute effectively to overall goals.

    2.    Integrate models to identify and implement relevant supply chain metrics and KPIs, helping in defining, measuring, and improving operations across the five core processes: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all critical areas.

    3.    Continuously monitor and update implemented dashboards and scorecards to maintain real-time visibility into supply chain performance, using critical supply chain metrics and KPIs derived from the hierarchical performance measurement system and SCOR models to provide actionable insights for quick decision-making and ongoing improvement.

    4.    Utilize advanced decision support systems to streamline strategic, tactical, and operational planning, integrating data across all planning levels to ensure a seamless flow of information that supports effective and efficient supply chain management.


    ISC Customer Interaction

    1.    Keep a close monitoring of the implemented digital enhancements to optimize the efficiency and responsiveness of the client’s supply chain.

    2.    Strategically identify and oversee joint value creation projects that ensure mutual benefits and foster robust collaboration between customers and all designated LLPs/carriers, enhancing the synergy and integration within client’s supply chain operations.

    3.    Conduct and lead regular business reviews with key stakeholders to meticulously evaluate supply chain performance metrics, identify discrepancies, and devise strategies for operational enhancements and optimization opportunities with all the client’s designated LLPs and carriers

    4.    Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering superlative ISC service that surpasses predetermined supply chain management objectives, ensuring sustained customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    5.    Ensure the sustenance and harmonization of service levels across regions and countries by standardizing supply chain and ISC protocols to maintain consistent service quality and operational reliability of all the client’s LLPs and carriers.

    6.    Collaborate with DBS P&S teams to facilitate a seamless interface between NVO operational requirements and DBS/Infor Nexus system-driven solutions.

    7.    Maintain rigorous communication protocols with customers and internal teams to ensure the responsiveness and strategic alignment of ISC solutions.

    8.    Uphold exacting training standards and ensure the perpetual accessibility and currentness of all critical ISC service documents, fostering a culture of continuous learning and compliance to the customer’s supply chain objectives within the team.

    9.    Manage and support the execution of ongoing account specific ISC initiatives and projects, applying project management best practices to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

    10.    Collaborate with Implementation Managers to meticulously craft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and engineer tailored solutions for new or 

    existing ISC customers, assisting in customer onboarding, hyper-care periods, and project re-engineering to ensure optimal integration and service delivery.

    11.    Address and resolve data quality issues related to the ISC solution by liaising with relevant internal teams to enhance data integrity and drive substantial quality improvements, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making processes and improve operational efficiency.


    Retention management & business growth

    1.    Keep a close monitoring of the client’s scorecards and implemented system to help in maintaining high service ISC levels but also in identifying areas for improvement in customer relationships.

    2.    With a proactive approach, implement regular feedback loops with customers to better understand their needs and adjust operations accordingly to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and retention rates.

    3.    Utilize and monitor robust performance metrics that align with strategic business objectives, such as market share expansion, revenue growth from key accounts, and new customer acquisitions. These metrics should guide the strategic initiatives and operational tactics employed by the company.

    To be successful in the above role, the incumbent should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in ocean and air freight, with comprehensive knowledge of operational procedures and regulatory compliance.
    •  Proven experience in customer’s supply chain control tower or operational management for 3PL/4PL/OMS services.
    • Experience with ERP systems and advanced supply chain software (e.g., SCOR model tools, DSS, Lean Six Sigma tools) is preferred.
    • Excellent analytical abilities with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
    •  Solid background in project management with certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent being advantageous.
    •  Experienced in leading change management initiatives across organizational levels.
    • Strong focus on customer service, committed to enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
    •  Strong proficiency in IT/solutions, including order management systems and freight management software. Infor Nexus suite knowledge will be highly valued.
    • Confident in presentation and negotiation skills, experienced in managing key accounts and senior stakeholders.
    • Ability to set, monitor, and maintain high standards of quality and operational efficiency.
    • Capable of making logical, independent decisions under pressure.
    • Highly proactive and result-oriented, striving for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
    • Willingness to travel both short and long-haul trips as required by business needs.
    • Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and verbal; additional European languages skills are a plus.
