    1. Business Development & Sales


    • Identify and secure business opportunities from associations, 

    organizers, exhibitors, and agents.

    • Generate sales leads and grow business from both new and 

    existing clients.

    • Manage sales and shipment for Global Sporting Events, 

    private, and special events.

    • Provide quotations and manage sales with local and 

    international exhibitors, ensuring smooth coordination.

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert 

    advice on customs documentation and logistics.

    • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability and 

    long-term partnerships.


    2. Operations Management


    • Plan and oversee the operations at on-site/before/after 

    exhibition, in collaboration with organizers, exhibitors, and 

    overseas offices/agents.

    • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to 

    ensure timely and efficient execution of exhibitions.

    • Manage logistics, transportation, and all necessary 

    arrangements for exhibitions locally and abroad.

    • Lead and supervise on-site personnel, ensuring operational 

    efficiency and adherence to schedules.

    • Attend site surveys and meetings with contractors to 

    guarantee operational readiness.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during events, 

    implementing corrective actions where necessary.

    • Evaluate and manage relationships with vendors to support 

    exhibition operations.


    3. Financial Oversight


    • Ensure accurate billing for services rendered and manage 

    payment collection, including Cash on Delivery’s exhibitors.

    • Provide monthly gross profit (GP) estimates and monitor the 

    accuracy of cost and income reserves in Globus.

    • Prepare and submit budgets, forecasts, and monthly sales 

    reports to the Finance team and CEO.

    • Drive account revenue growth, ensuring profitability for each 

    job and exhibition.

    • Assist with resolving insurance claims and client complaints 

    when escalated.

    • Able to meet tight deadlines & work in extreme working conditions 

    • Able to plan & co-ordinate all operations on-site 

    • Able to speak & understand simple Malay 

    • Able to work under pressure in a very fast pace environment 

    • Independent & team player 

    • Able to deal with staff & workers firmly while maintaining good working relationship 

    • Good interpersonal & communications skills 

    • Fast thinking & has a sense of urgency
