    • Total control of inventory of a Client warehouse.
    • Manage Inventory and warehouse operations to meet contractual performance levels.
    • Implement controls and procedures to realise a 99.5% stock accuracy.
    • Optimise space usage within the facility.
    • Ensure that inventory is stored using best practise approach and minimise damages.
    • Manage and control customer and audited stock takes.
    • Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts and produce accuracy reports on a daily or weekly basis.
    • Co-ordinate operational functions related to inventory: Inbound, Outbound, Queries, Service Failures, New Policies & Procedures, and Performance Analysis & Reporting.
    • Customer Liaison: Incident Notification and Procedures.
    • Ensure Integrity and accuracy of the warehouse management system.
    • Risk Control: Security, Losses, Damages & Claims (procedures & reports)
    • HR Issues:  Training, Performance Appraisals, Corrective Action, etc.
    • Document and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory control processes and functions.
    • Implement processes to maximise productivity and ensure all departments are well organised.
    • Minimum of five years warehousing and inventory control experience.
    • Matric / Senior Certificate
    • Advanced proficiency in SAP: The role involves extensive use of SAP for inventory management, reporting, and analysis
    • Strong, planning, and organisational skills.
    • Must have a sense of URGENCY to handle extreme pressure and be able to meet strict
    • deadlines
    • Identify problems, analyze trends, and implement corrective and preventative actions
    • IT experience in warehousing management systems
    • Excellent communicator skills (written & verbal)
    • Must be able to collaborate with employees to develop team goals and resolve cross team issues
    • Leads by example by dealing with dealing with conflict in a persuasive and negotiated manner
    • Encourages participation and support from fellow employees including people reporting to you (“hands on“approach)
